Refund Eligibility & Guidelines

Course Refunds

Full refunds available within 14 days of enrollment for courses not yet accessed. After accessing course materials, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days.

Consultation Services

Consultation fees are refundable up to 48 hours before scheduled sessions. Cancellations made with less notice may incur a 25% processing fee.

Digital Resources

Digital downloads and resources are eligible for refunds within 72 hours of purchase, provided the materials haven't been accessed or downloaded.

Subscription Plans

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime with refunds prorated for unused time. Annual plans are refundable within the first 30 days with a full refund guarantee.
